Decent location, had everything we needed for our holiday. No bells or whistles but the hotel was as advertised.

Could be better

The location was great, short walk to the beach. Staff were very friendly and we managed to find parking for free as it was a bank holiday. The room was clean and the balcony was nice.

The food was awful, we opted in to full board. Started with dinner and the food was tasteless and cold. Breakfast the same. We didnt bother with lunch and went elsewhere. The food hall was dark and and loud. The shower in the bathroom leaked water when using.

The rooms are very comfortable, great 4k TV, nice quiet hotel

They only have the air conditioning turned on during the summer which was a problem because if your to hot you cannot cool the room down, if your English you don't stand a chance with the Spanish as they are very rude towards you, the food awful, its cold and everything is catered for the spanish, the breakfast is terrible and also cold, if you are staying room only then it's great but don't bother with the food unless you like fish or rabbit or pork cheeks, then go for it!

Good value for money

Friendly helpful staff, nice indoor and outdoor swimming pools

The variety /quality of the cooked breakfast was below average . This hotel caters mainly for coach parties of Spanish pensioners, therefore, the food and entertainment caters solely for them. They speak very loudly, all at once. No tables and chairs in the sun around the pool, only in the shade on smoking terrace.

Good value for money

Very well priced. Heated indoor pool a great bonus as weather wasn't great. Hotel dated but very clean.staff at reception bar and resteraunt very good and very friendly. Good location to enjoy the old town. Free car park 2 minute drive from hotel.

The lift only holds 5 people so constant queuing to get up to room. Lifts always very busy. I didn't think the evening buffet was very good food poor quality although the breakfast was decent with very largre selecion.

Generally a good stay apart from the noise from the adjoining rooms

Rosa in the dining hall is an absolute dream,she was sooo accommodating and always so happy.

My only complaint you can hear everything from the adjoining rooms even down to the gentleman snoring, the walls are very thin. Didn’t get enough sleep due to the noise

Highly recommneded and would stay again.

Our stay was exceptional value for money, most staff we met were friendly and helpful, the room was pleasant and comfortable, and overall, food choice was very good, and bar prices very fair. The facilities were excellent, even though we did not use everything on offer. Location suited our needs, even though a little far from some of the main interesting areas. Quite an intriguing hotel overall, and we enjoyed our stay.

It is great to have hotel parking available, but felt it could have been cheaper. The main area where we felt things could have been better, concerned the evening entertainment. The venue was amazing and comfortable and we enjoyed the first part of our evening, but felt that there came a point where the choice of music could have been more varied, to cater for the multi-cultural audience that was there. We were also left feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed at the end of the evening, when a couple of the waiters made us feel we had to get out of the room, when we were still chatting with some of the other guests, and making no demands on their time or service: this contrasted strongly with the attitude of the main dining area, where we were made to feel very welcome.

Wonderful

The facilities are great and the staff are friendly and speak multiple languages. Location is walking distance to many facilities, the beach, the old town etc.

It was a little noisy at night however that was more of a reflection on the other guests than the hotel itself.

Ticked all the boxes for our short stay. Staff most pleasant and efficient

The circumstance surrounding our stay was not specifically pleasurable (our son was having major surgery in a Benidorm hospital) but the Fiesta Park provided everything required plus some welcome distractions, like the evening entertainmeny.

The food, although plentiful, could have been hotter. Having said that we did discover microwaves were available.
